Your responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Agile team’s effectiveness.
- Coaching the Agile team in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Helping the Agile team to create high-value deliveries.
- Removing impediments to the Agile team's progress.
- Ensuring that all Agile events take place and are positive and productive.
- Teaching and helping in adoption of techniques for effective Product Backlog management and Agile requirements definition.
- Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Working with other Agile leaders to increase the Agility of the organization.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Scrum Master / Kanban practitioner / Team lead or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in improving team effectiveness and delivery using Scrum/Kanban in software development.
- Empathetic leaders who lead by example.
- Organized and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Initiative and persistence.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge and ideas with coworkers.
