Your responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the Agile team’s effectiveness.
  • Coaching the Agile team in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Helping the Agile team to create high-value deliveries.
  • Removing impediments to the Agile team's progress.
  • Ensuring that all Agile events take place and are positive and productive.
  • Teaching and helping in adoption of techniques for effective Product Backlog management and Agile requirements definition.
  • Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
  • Working with other Agile leaders to increase the Agility of the organization.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in Scrum Master / Kanban practitioner / Team lead or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in improving team effectiveness and delivery using Scrum/Kanban in software development.
  • Empathetic leaders who lead by example.
  • Organized and disciplined work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Initiative and persistence.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and ideas with coworkers.
