Your responsibilities:
- Managing solutions for customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Server and services provisioning and configuration management using infrastructure as code tools.
- Creating and maintaining automation tools for managing and monitoring various software solutions.
- Creating and maintaining technical and customer facing documentation on integrating software components.
- Providing advanced support and facilitating meetings with customers and 3rd party vendors.
- Proposing, planning and implementing further improvements based on the technology trends and in line with current business and engineering needs.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in advanced support/QA/DevOps or a similar role.
- Previous experience in integrations and product delivery process is preferable.
- Hands on experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (such as Prometheus/Alerta).
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools and concepts, Networking, Linux (Ubuntu), REST API and cloud technologies.
- Solid knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python is preferable).
- Team player and customer-oriented person.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
